Innovación pedagógica y rendimiento académico en estudiantes universitarios

Resumen

La innovación pedagógica es un componente relevante para fortalecer el aprendizaje universitario; sin embargo, persisten limitaciones relacionadas con la aplicación sistemática de metodologías activas, la participación estudiantil y el aprovechamiento pedagógico de los recursos digitales, lo que puede afectar el rendimiento académico. El objetivo del estudio fue analizar la relación entre la innovación pedagógica y el rendimiento académico en estudiantes universitarios. Se desarrolló una investigación cuantitativa, descriptiva, correlacional, explicativa, no experimental, retrospectiva y longitudinal, mediante revisión documental de fuentes e informes correspondientes al período 2022–2026; se aplicaron estadística descriptiva, correlación de Pearson y Spearman, regresión múltiple, análisis de componentes principales y conglomerados k-means. Los resultados mostraron que el índice de innovación pedagógica aumentó de 60,27 a 78,65 puntos y el rendimiento académico de 83,49 a 90,76; además, se obtuvo una correlación de Pearson de r=0,755 y Spearman de ρ=0,702. El modelo explicó el 62,5% de la variabilidad del rendimiento, destacando la participación estudiantil (β=0,241; p=0,018) y las metodologías activas (β=0,238; p=0,031). De este modo, los mayores niveles de innovación, participación y estrategias activas se asociaron con mejores resultados académicos.
